Autumn Energy, Team Spirit | Highlights from LGMG's 11th Employee Sports Games

With the arrival of autumn and the excitement of competition, LGMG, whose equipment is distributed by our company, successfully concluded its 11th Employee Sports Games.

Employees of LGMG and its subsidiaries temporarily stepped away from their daily work and moved from production lines to the sports field. The focus and dedication demonstrated in their work were transformed into speed, enthusiasm and teamwork, bringing energy to the event and strengthening connections among colleagues.

Retracing the Long March and Moving Forward Together

2026 marks the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army's Long March. This year's sports games began with a themed activity titled "Retracing the Long March".

Fourteen themed checkpoints were established throughout the company grounds, recreating the historic journey from Ruijin to the reunion of the Red Army forces in Huining. Through walking and running between the checkpoints, employees revisited this important chapter of history and reflected on the spirit it represents.

With the starting signal, the fitness run officially began. Participants moved between the checkpoints, retracing the historic journey through their footsteps and expressing their energy through running.

Moving forward on a new journey requires firm convictions, practical action and determination. Every participant demonstrated perseverance, commitment and a strong sense of responsibility through their efforts.

Passion on the Field, Strength Through Teamwork

The sports competitions brought excitement and enthusiasm to the event.

In the tug-of-war competition, teams of 16 worked together, striving for every inch. On the football field, 16 matches delivered exciting moments of attacking and defending. Basketball, volleyball, billiards, badminton and table tennis competitions also took place, giving participants opportunities to demonstrate their skills and competitive spirit.

Beyond the pursuit of victory, the event was filled with encouragement, cooperation and mutual support. Cheers, applause and enthusiastic support created an energetic atmosphere across the company grounds.

Every sprint was a challenge to personal limits, while every coordinated effort demonstrated the strength of teamwork. Through friendly competition and collaboration, participants strengthened their skills, built friendships and demonstrated perseverance and unity.

Bringing Production Skills into Fun Competitions

While traditional sporting events showcased the speed and strength of LGMG employees, the production-inspired activities added a distinctive element to the games.

The tire relay challenged teams of four to push tires around designated markers, requiring both speed and coordination. The speed screw-tightening competition tested not only hand speed but also skill and precision. In the team balloon-inflation challenge, three participants worked together, putting their teamwork to the test in a fun and lively atmosphere.

Although these activities appeared simple, they reflected familiar aspects of everyday production work.

By incorporating production-related tasks into recreational competitions, the event provided employees with an opportunity to demonstrate their practical skills, communicate with colleagues and enjoy teamwork in a relaxed environment. It also reinforced the values of respecting labor, valuing professional skills and striving for excellence.

The Spirit of Competition Continues Beyond the Field

On the sports field, employees competed for honors; at their workstations, they remained committed to quality.

The determination demonstrated during the games reflects the same dedication required in daily production and operations. With renewed energy and a stronger sense of teamwork, LGMG employees will continue pursuing their goals and contributing to the company's development.

Every wholehearted effort deserves recognition, and every act of cooperation adds strength to collective progress.

The 11th Employee Sports Games concluded successfully, leaving behind memorable moments of enthusiasm, friendship and teamwork.
